What kind of cancellation do I need?
If you want the QR code or link to stop working, delete or suspend the PDF asset. If you want to free storage, delete the uploaded PDF. If you want to stop billing, cancel the subscription from Settings.
- Stop a shared QR code or link: delete or suspend the asset.
- Free storage space: delete the stored PDF from billing storage management.
- Stop paid plan renewal: cancel the subscription from workspace billing settings.
How do I stop an existing PDF QR code or link?
Open the PDF asset
Go to Atlas, open Assets, and select the PDF asset you want to stop.
Check where it is being used
Review the placement and recent activity so you know which printed QR codes, messages, or pages may be affected.
Delete or suspend the asset
Delete the asset when it should no longer be available. Suspended or deleted assets show an unavailable page instead of serving the PDF.
Replace public materials
Remove or replace any printed QR code, link, or campaign material that still points to the cancelled asset.
Deleting a PDF asset can permanently remove the related PDF file when no other active asset is connected to it.
How do I delete an uploaded PDF from storage?
Open Settings
Go to Atlas Settings and open Billing.
Open storage usage
Select the storage usage row to see uploaded PDFs and how many assets are connected to each file.
Review affected assets
Before confirming deletion, check the confirmation dialog. It lists the assets that will be deleted or disconnected.
Confirm deletion
Delete the PDF only when you are sure the connected assets should no longer serve that file.
Deleted PDFs are removed from Firebase Storage permanently. Historical asset records may remain for reporting and audit context.
How do I cancel a paid subscription?
Open workspace billing
Go to Atlas Settings and open Billing.
Review current plan usage
Check asset, storage, bandwidth, analytics, and team usage before cancelling.
Cancel subscription
Use the cancel subscription action. The paid plan stops renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
Check plan limits
After cancellation, make sure future uploads and saved assets fit the free plan limits.
Existing links continue according to workspace status and plan limits, but new uploads or paid-only features may be restricted after the plan changes.
