The Free plan is suitable for individuals and small businesses creating their first trackable links, QR codes and other assets.

Choose Pro when you need higher usage limits, more analytics, branding controls and tools for managing ongoing campaigns.

Choose Business when you need team access, larger limits, multiple brands or locations and more advanced management features.

You can start on the Free plan and upgrade as your usage grows.

What happens when I upgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Your new limits and paid features become available as soon as the upgrade takes effect. Your existing assets, links, QR codes, PDFs, analytics and settings remain unchanged, so you do not need to recreate or reconfigure anything.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Pro and Business include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required until your trial ends. You can also use SGNL's Free plan indefinitely.

Do you offer any discounts?

We may offer discounted pricing for eligible non-profit organisations, open-source projects and early-stage community initiatives. Contact SGNL with information about your organisation and how you plan to use SGNL.

What are your data privacy and security policies?

SGNL collects and processes only the information needed to provide the service, operate assets and generate analytics. Access to account and workspace data is restricted according to user permissions. Review the Privacy Policy for details about data collection, providers, retention and deletion requests.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will move to the applicable free limits. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

If SGNL is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. We will review your request and, where eligible, issue a refund.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

SGNL will notify you when you approach an applicable limit. Depending on the feature, you may need to upgrade your plan, wait for the next billing cycle or reduce your usage before creating additional assets. Existing assets will not unexpectedly stop working solely because you reached a creation limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. You can change your plan as your needs change. Upgrades may take effect immediately, while downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly subscriptions do not require a long-term commitment. Annual plans, when available, are billed for the selected annual term.
