Create your first SGNL asset

Learn how to create, share, and track your first asset with SGNL.

Creating an asset in SGNL is a short setup flow: choose the asset type, add the destination or file, describe where it will be shared, and generate the tracked asset.

You choose the tool, enter the asset information, say where it will be shared, generate the asset, then open Insights once interactions begin.

Open SGNL and select the asset type you want to create, such as a Google Review link, Referral Link, WhatsApp link, QR code, or PDF asset.

Enter the asset information

Each asset type has its own required inputs. A PDF asset needs a PDF file, while a review asset needs a valid destination.

Tell SGNL where the asset will be shared

Pick a channel such as print, WhatsApp, email, social media, website, event, or in-store, and optionally give the placement a clear name.

Generate the asset

SGNL creates the tracked link and, where relevant, the QR code connected to that asset.

Share the asset

Use the link or QR code anywhere you normally share content with customers or leads.

Open Insights

Once people interact with the asset, SGNL begins showing analytics.
